Staying in shape and looking after yourself does not actually need to take much time or money. The general assumption tends to be that you need lots of spare time and bundles of cash. But that's not true. A few simple tips and you will be good to go.
Meal prep - Set aside an hour at the weekend and cook all the meals you need. This saves you time and money in the week and you will eat a lot healthier than grabbing what you can find. I do this for a month and freeze them but a week is fine. Then quickly prep lunch and snacks in the morning.

Cleanse, tone and moisturise every day - It takes a few mins and your skin will thank you for it. You don't need expensive products, I use Astral which is a few pounds. Do NOT sleep in your makeup.
Workout most days - You don't need a gym or fancy equipment and you can get it done in less than an hour. This will help with shape, fitness, strength and health.

Make an effort with your outfit - It takes no more time to put on jeans and a nice top or a dress than sweats and a hoodie but you will look better.

Drink lots of water - Free and easy and also very necessary.
Eat healthy - It takes no more time to cook fish and vegetables than it does to wait for a take away. You will save a fortune and your body will thank you for it. Keep the takeaways as an occasional treat.
Get enough sleep - This is probably the hardest one for most of us. Modern life is busy. I am also guilty of not getting enough sleep sometimes and I do feel the difference. Try as much as is possible to get your 8 hours.
All of this is very affordable and very achievable. If you aren't sure how to do it just contact me for help.
