It doesn't have to be complicated. It doesn't have to be fancy. It doesn't have to take hours. But it does need to be done.

If you don't prep your meals at least for the day ahead then you are at the mercy of whatever you can find when you are at work or out and about.

I do a prep at the weekend for my partners meals as he can't cook at work but he is there from 6am til 9pm most days so needs a whole days food. If he didn't have it he would be relying on the cafe or ready meals. Not ideal. Then I prep what I need in the morning for mine and make dinner for myself when I get home.

It makes it so much easier. I pack everything. Snacks, lunch, protein shake, whatever I need that day. This makes it a lot easier to eat a balanced diet. You are also a lot less likely to buy junk through the day if you have all you meals.

It prob takes me an hour or so on the weekend to do the meals for my partner to take and about 5 mins to sort my snacks and lunch out for the day so it isn't a big challenge. Start prepping and get your eating goals on track.
